📋 Description

• Lead functional activities across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from finance, accounting, collections, and supply chain stakeholders • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, and system configurations • Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend standard D365 F&O functionality or custom solutions • Lead functional workshops, requirements discussions, solution walkthroughs, and stakeholder meetings • Configure and support General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Cash and Bank Management • Manage and troubleshoot month-end and year-end closing processes, reconciliations, transaction postings, and financial reporting • Configure and improve cash application, payment matching, collections, and receivables processes • Provide functional expertise across procurement, inventory management, product information, order processing, and supply chain workflows • Perform hands-on D365 F&O configuration and maintain system parameters, master data settings, tables, and functional setups • Write, modify, and troubleshoot X++ code and D365 F&O customizations • Support integrations, data entities, custom business logic, and technical components • Develop and execute functional test scenarios and support SIT and UAT • Investigate application defects, configuration issues, transaction errors, and production incidents • Serve as functional lead and primary point of contact for assigned D365 F&O workstreams • Prepare specifications, configuration documentation, process flows, test scenarios, implementation notes, and project updates • Coordinate finance, supply chain, technical teams, business users, and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations • Strong functional expertise in D365 F&O Finance and Supply Chain Management • Deep understanding of financial setups, transaction processing, and system configuration • Proven experience supporting month-end close and financial reconciliation processes • Strong hands-on experience with cash application, Accounts Receivable, and collections • Understanding of D365 F&O tables, data structures, relationships, and transaction flows • Ability to write, modify, debug, or troubleshoot code and support custom modifications in D365 F&O • Knowledge of X++ and D365 F&O development concepts • Experience with functional specifications, fit-gap analysis, testing, and production support • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced contract environment and manage competing priorities • Must be based in the United States and available during US East Coast business hours • Must be able to travel to Philadelphia, PA, occasionally as required • Preferred: experience leading D365 F&O implementations, enhancements, or application support engagements • Preferred: experience supporting complex finance and supply chain business processes • Preferred: familiarity with D365 F&O integrations, data entities, and financial data migration • Preferred: experience with code review, defect resolution, and coordination of functional and technical changes • Preferred: knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 F&O release management • Preferred: relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications • Preferred: experience working directly with US-based finance, accounting, and operations stakeholders
