📋 Description

• Support the organization and project teams by standardizing project-related governance processes • Facilitate sharing of project management resources, tools, methodologies, and techniques • Contribute to Training & Development, Process & Documentation Management, Performance Tracking, and Project Planning • Work with project teams, engineers, clients, management, leadership, and other partners to align projects with organizational goals • Ensure employees, contractors, and partners understand, develop, apply, and value project management skills • Evaluate work and provide teams, managers, and leaders with information and guidance for decision-making • Operate organizational change management systems supporting process updates, capability enhancements, and project management skills • Facilitate stakeholder conversations concerning project performance, risks, opportunities, and strategic initiatives • Implement processes enabling communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Build comprehensive project plans governing risk, cost, procurement, quality, resources, and scope • Support project teams through technical, strategic, management, and leadership training

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • 3-5 years of project management experience • Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external partners in a clear, concise, and professional manner • Outcomes-oriented problem-solving skills • Ability to define technical problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions • Ability to read, understand, and interpret job-related documents, instructions, policies, and communications in English • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing • Limited travel; less than 10% • Full time; 40 hours per week; overtime as needed • Regular use of computers, keyboards, mice, and other office equipment • Ability to communicate effectively through remote communication tools
