📋 Description

• Join as a dedicated Subject Matter Expert (SME) focused on auditing, configuring, and optimizing the Adobe Workfront environment. • Partner with business leaders to define new operational frameworks and translate vision into scalable Workfront structures. • Map intake queues, reusable templates, RACI matrices, Workfront Fusion/Jira automations, and AI enhancements. • Establish clear task-ownership frameworks and role assignments across marketing and technical teams. • Design, build, test, and maintain custom scenario integrations to automate data flow and task syncing. • Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI within Workfront workflows to automate operational tasks. • Author comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and governance standards to enable end-users.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing Operations, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience. • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a Workfront Solution Architect, Process Consultant, or Senior Systems Specialist. • Proven track record consulting with business stakeholders to translate high-level process concepts into operational Workfront solutions. • Experience structuring Workfront workflows for marketing operations, brand strategy, content creation, and multi-channel campaign planning. • 3+ years of direct experience building automated scenarios in Workfront Fusion (or Adobe Fusion). • Demonstrated experience integrating Workfront with Jira via Fusion scenarios or APIs. • Experience applying AI solutions (e.g., Claude) to business workflows or process automation. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical configurations to non-technical stakeholders clearly. • Adobe Workfront Core Certified Professional/Master status is strongly preferred. • Adobe Workfront Fusion Certification (or equivalent demonstrable scenario-building experience) highly desirable. • Demonstrated experience developing training materials, standard operating procedures, and workflow governance documents.
