📋 Description

• Partner with Sales to Drive Revenue • Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle to understand customer business challenges and technical requirements • Participate in discovery calls, product demonstrations, and technical evaluations • Help qualify opportunities by assessing technical fit and identifying potential implementation considerations • Serve as the subject matter expert for Bluehost products, integrations, infrastructure, and platform capabilities • Explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Respond to customer questions regarding architecture, security, integrations, performance, and scalability • Deliver compelling, customized product demonstrations aligned to customer use cases and business objectives • Develop proof-of-concept environments and technical presentations when needed • Evaluate customer requirements and recommend optimal product configurations • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services teams to develop solutions for unique customer needs • Document technical requirements and solution recommendations • Create and maintain technical sales materials, demo environments, and solution documentation • Provide training and guidance to Sales teams on product capabilities and competitive positioning • Share customer insights and market feedback with Product and Engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience • 3+ years of experience in a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Consultant, or related customer-facing technical role • Experience supporting SaaS, hosting, cloud, web services, digital marketing, or technology solutions • Strong presentation and communication skills • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams • Experience with web hosting, WordPress, domains, cloud infrastructure, or website management platforms (preferred) • Understanding of APIs, integrations, DNS, website architecture, and related technologies (preferred)
