📋 Description

• Perform administrative tasks related to collections • Collect outstanding account receivables • Analyze and resolve billing problems • Reduce accounts receivable delinquency • Provide customer service regarding collection issues • Resolve insurance discrepancies and short payments • Document problems, actions, and follow-up with insurance companies until claims are fully adjudicated • Monitor and maintain assigned accounts • Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts • Initiate and resolve appeals for different insurance payers • Perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required • College degree preferred • Three (3)–five (5) years’ high volume collections experience • Accounts Receivable knowledge/experience preferred • Knowledge of payor portals, automated clearing houses, explanation of benefits (EOBs), and other Accounts Receivable tools
