📋 Description

• Cultivate and sustain strong working relationships with business partners in Finance, Legal, Support, and other departments • Facilitate the review and approval process • Work with cross-functional teams on complex pricing and commercial terms • Provide options to Sales for addressing customer objections while maximizing revenue and bookings • Build and review order forms of varying complexity for accuracy • Obtain and document required approvals for discounts and contractual terms in the CPQ tool and elsewhere as needed • Ensure transactions comply with New Relic’s internal policies • Deliver ongoing education and training to Sales on non-standard deal processes • Prepare and review order forms, legal agreements, customer purchase orders, and quotes for compliance with revenue recognition and Deal Desk policies • Safeguard and manage SFDC data quality for proposed and closed quotes and deals • Maintain accurate customer entitlements, new deal logos, commission levels, and deal amounts in accordance with revenue recognition policies and operational guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of Finance/Operations experience in a high-tech environment, preferably with order entry experience • Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferred • Ability to build strong working relationships with internal business units and across regions • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills • High attention to detail • Willingness to cover various time zones and work extra hours as needed • Bachelor's Degree in Business or a similar field required • Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a bonus • Experience with utilizing Gemini AI is a bonus • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position • Must verify identity and eligibility to work • Criminal background check required
