📋 Description

• Own product marketing for New Relic Logs, including positioning, messaging, launches, enablement, and competitive differentiation • Define and maintain Logs positioning, messaging, and narrative across buyer personas, web, campaigns, sales conversations, and analyst interactions • Lead end-to-end Logs launches, including tiering, messaging, content, enablement, and launch metrics • Partner with Product Management, Demand Generation, Corporate Communications, and Enablement on launches • Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, narratives, discovery questions, objection handling, first-call decks, and talk tracks • Drive adoption of sales enablement content across the field • Partner with Competitive Intelligence to develop technically accurate differentiation, battlecards, and displacement plays • Provide product marketing input on Logs pricing, packaging, data ingest, retention economics, tiering, data management, and cost control • Produce solution briefs, blogs, webinars, demos, customer stories, and reference architectures • Own the voice of the customer through customer and prospect conversations, win/loss input, market research, and usage data • Feed customer and market insights into roadmap, messaging, and segment priorities • Represent New Relic Logs at customer briefings, executive and field readouts, analyst inquiries, and industry events • Define and report metrics including pipeline contribution, attach and adoption rates, ingest growth, and enablement utilization

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of product marketing or closely related go-to-market experience in the observability space, with a strong preference for log management, monitoring, or AIOps • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on technical experience • Sufficient technical depth in log analytics, retention and tiering to engage directly with product and engineering teams • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end product launches, from positioning and messaging through enablement and post-launch measurement • Portfolio of personally written messaging and content, such as positioning frameworks, solution briefs, pitch decks, battlecards, or technical blogs, adopted and used by the field • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear narratives for practitioners and executives • Ability to partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, Enablement, Competitive Intelligence, and Analyst Relations • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving environment • Ability to use product usage, pipeline, and market data to prioritize work and demonstrate impact • Experience using AI tools or agentic workflows is a plus • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position • Must verify identity and eligibility to work and complete employment eligibility verification • Criminal background check required to join New Relic • Certain roles may require passing an export compliance assessment
