📋 Description

• Engage with school district leaders and educators to understand their data analytics needs • Educate diverse stakeholders on effectively using dashboards to interpret data • Design and develop customized metrics and dashboards • Use SQL for database management and queries • Provide ongoing dashboard support and maintenance • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve platform and data quality issues • Ensure reliable reporting and effective data modeling • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and Product to enhance the data platform • Report to the Head of Data Science

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with educational data and familiarity with K–12 schools • Experience with data visualization tools and dashboard design • Ability to translate complex data into digestible and actionable information • Advanced SQL skills • Experience working independently on projects • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Passion for education and improving educational outcomes • 4+ years of experience as a data analyst, data engineer, or similar role • Experience with Python for data cleaning, analysis, and automation (Nice to Have) • Experience with a K–12 Student Information System such as Infinite Campus, PowerSchool, Skyward, or Aeries (Nice to Have)
