Nexa is an AI recruiting platform that acts as an AI recruiting companion for employers and recruiters. It learns role and company culture, scans millions of profiles, sources and reaches out to candidates with personalized messages, runs structured voice screenings, scores and ranks candidates against criteria, and presents shortlists ready for interviews. It offers outcome-based pricing (success fee on hire) and options for an embedded senior talent partner for more hands-on engagements. The company emphasizes automation of sourcing and screening to replace repetitive recruiter labor, while keeping humans in the loop. Founded by a recruiter and an engineer, the team builds ML and product systems in London. Nexa positions itself as a replacement for manual sourcing and first calls, offering faster, more accurate, and calmer hiring pipelines.
