📋 Description

• Design, develop, code, test, and implement automation tool solutions • Identify opportunities to apply automation technology for process improvement in Customer Contact Center operations • Review and analyze performance data and recommend automated technology solutions • Develop, oversee, and manage project plans, timelines, scope, costs, and implementation activities • Coordinate business continuity planning, development, testing, debugging, and implementation • Act as the Customer Contact Center liaison with IT for upgrades, hardware/software installations, troubleshooting, and testing • Support leaders in testing and developing test plans, including validation testing before and after technology changes • Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution • Review organizational needs and goals to assess impacts on applications and systems • Produce high-level and detailed designs based on business requirements and architectures • Coordinate with onshore and offshore teams to complete coding, testing, debugging, and implementation • Learn new systems, applications, technologies, and business domains • Support emergency response efforts and perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or certification in Computer programming/management • 1-3 years of experience developing applications in a corporate environment • Enhanced knowledge and understanding of CIS and/or DIS • Ability to complete tasks independently and in small team settings • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Ability to balance development, testing, and support roles • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others • Advanced skills with personal computers, database management, and M365 Office • Ability to work nights, weekends, stand-by, and emergency support as assigned • Ability to learn new technologies and tools • Experience developing, coding, unit testing, debugging, and implementing RPA solutions • Preferred: 1-3 years programming experience in Robotic Process Automation • Preferred: 1-3 years developing VBA applications or equivalent • Preferred: No less than 1 year experience in Call Center Operations • LEAN • Six Sigma • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future
