📋 Description

• Ensure HR compliance with employment law and manage employee documentation, including contracts and recruitment paperwork • Maintain and update HR documents and internal databases • Source, screen, and attract qualified candidates for healthcare positions across the US • Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans with operational partners • Build and sustain candidate relationships through technology, cold/warm leads, and referrals • Guide hiring managers and coordinate interviews • Engage candidates throughout the hiring process • Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection and oversee the offer process • Maintain communication with hiring managers and build a candidate pipeline • Ensure accurate information in the Applicant Tracking System and identify recruitment process improvements • Use creative recruiting methods, including social media, career fairs, and campus visits • Coordinate recruiting job fairs and attend relevant conferences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field • Extensive experience with an ATS; Dayforce experience a plus • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting/sourcing experience, preferably in staffing or a corporate environment • Preferred experience in the healthcare industry • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Reliable, organized, and task-oriented with a strong work ethic • Ability to coach and encourage others • Strong analytical and decision-making skills • Self-motivated problem-solving ability and professional demeanor • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Ability to manage stress and maintain productivity under tight deadlines and changing priorities • Ability to maintain a stationary position for extended periods • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds occasionally
