• Drive utilization and disposable revenue growth across assigned accounts. • Carry and deliver against defined territory or account-level sales targets. • Provide hands-on procedural support to ensure excellent clinical outcomes and strong customer experience. • Lead physician and staff training to accelerate pathway-to-proficiency and increase case volume. • Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and actively advance them. • Maintain accurate forecasting of procedure pipeline and growth opportunities. • Conduct structured account reviews and track performance against revenue objectives. • Partner cross-functionally with Capital Sales, Marketing, and Medical Education to support program expansion. • Build clinical champions who influence broader hospital stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 1-3 years of experience in a clinical, sales support, or healthcare field role. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity managing and forecasting procedure and disposable pipeline with the aid of a CRM. • Comfortable working in hospital environments and supporting live procedures. • Willingness to travel 50–75%. • Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to successfully pass a check of a driver's record.
