📋 Description

• Manage active relationships with CPA and affiliate networks, including HasOffers, CAKE, Everflow, and others • Evaluate new offers for quality, relevance, and payout competitiveness • Negotiate rates and terms with network account managers • Monitor offer performance, including EPC, conversion rates, and user complaint trends • Coordinate with content and social teams to promote high-performing offers • Ensure all offers meet NoGigiddy's quality and compliance standards before publishing • Maintain a live dashboard of active offers, payouts, and network performance

🎯 Requirements

• No degree required • Familiarity with CPA marketing or affiliate networks strongly preferred • Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with spreadsheets and dashboards • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with external partners • Detail-oriented with a compliance mindset • Ability to juggle multiple network relationships simultaneously • Self-managed and results-driven
