📋 Description

• Manage, mentor, and grow a large, multidisciplinary global team of managers, software engineers, and architects • Drive the technical roadmap for the IAM platform • Ensure the platform is highly scalable, resilient, and optimized for global, low-latency authorization • Oversee the end-to-end software development lifecycle • Ensure code meets high standards for quality, safety, and performance • Partner with other teams to translate business vision into concrete technical milestones • Steer the engineering strategy, architecture, and execution of Akamai's IAM platform • Scale a high-performing, globally distributed engineering organization

🎯 Requirements

• 15 years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or its equivalent • Extensive experience leading large, distributed software engineering teams • Track record of delivering innovative software products • Deep understanding of the IAM ecosystem • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills • Proven track record of aligning remote, global teams
