📋 Description

• Track customer environments and internal platforms via centralized alerting systems • Perform immediate triage on customer-impacting events using operational procedures and playbooks • Assess real-time customer impact and mobilize appropriate internal engineering teams • Create, update, and route priority incident tickets • Deliver timely and accurate status updates during active incidents • Partner with global operations and engineering groups to resolve customer-facing incidents efficiently

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience • Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Cybersecurity, Networking, or equivalent practical experience • Core understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and TLS/SSL • Ability to interpret monitoring dashboards, system logs, and operational alerts for rapid initial triage • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to remain calm, focused, and decisive during urgent operational issues • High attention to detail • Adherence to established playbooks • Strong drive to learn emerging cloud and monitoring technologies
