📋 Description

• Consult with clinicians on the safe and effective use of Solventum products • Provide outpatient bedside support for product placement and dressing changes • Deliver business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management • Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities • Educate clinicians on product use, including inservicing • Partner with prescribers to initiate therapy orders and secure billing documentation • Build and maintain relationships with clinical and economic stakeholders • Use clinical and economic evidence to grow therapy adoption • Persuade stakeholders to advocate for proposed solutions and products • Provide customer support and service • Leverage company software for planning, pipeline management, and utilization tracking • Represent Solventum at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience • Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Current, valid Driver’s License • Must use a personal vehicle for company business and participate in Solventum’s FAVR program • Successful pre-hire motor vehicle record review and ongoing eligibility under Solventum’s driver policy and insurance requirements • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for an employment visa • Proven track record of sales quota and target attainment • Prior wound care, medical device, or DME sales/clinical experience • Expertise establishing customer relationships with key influencers • Experience in territory management and business planning • Understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas • Understanding of the U.S. health insurance and reimbursement landscape • Customer-focused selling and closing experience • Experience navigating complex selling cycles • Formal sales training program completion • CRM experience, such as Salesforce • Experience with new product introductions and value analysis • Strong data and analytical skills
