📋 Description

• Lead strategy and customer conversations in selling web performance products from a technical go-to-market perspective • Support strategic opportunities and accounts as a pre-sales technology specialist and technical escalation point • Participate and contribute as the subject matter expert in one or more web performance products • Assist Solutions Engineer teams with complex Proofs of Concept and escalated technical discussions • Influence strategy for products focused on cloud and edge computing, DevOps, website/mobile apps, real-user monitoring, and CDN • Work closely with Engineering and Product Management to influence new product design and existing product roadmap • Lead pre-sales SME enablement groups in specialized or assigned domains • Leverage understanding of competitors to guide internal teams on how to surpass them • Design solutions meeting customers' business and technical requirements • Develop customer relationships using a consultative approach to address challenges and achieve business goals

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of experience • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field • Experience working in large, complex customer-facing environments • Experience in technical pre-sales working directly with customers • Experience with proxy architectures, malware, endpoint protections, and threat mitigation techniques • Experience with TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud computing architecture • Experience with DNS, enterprise architectures, cloud security, SAML and OIDC, IdPs, authentication, and authorization • Ability to present technical and business-related subjects to all audiences
