📋 Description

• Build and maintain analytics solutions supporting teams across the Cloud Technology Group • Work on data modeling, dashboards, and reporting to turn data into insights that guide decision-making • Collaborate with Network Infrastructure and Colocation teams to gather requirements and understand key business metrics • Automate reporting and enable self-serve functionalities to provide visibility into key metrics • Assist in building and maintaining data pipelines and models to support analytics use cases • Write queries and combine data from various sources • Communicate insights to stakeholders through visualizations and reports • Support data processes across Regional Planning, Global Capacity Planning, Colocation, and Finance organizations

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of relevant experience in business intelligence, data engineering, or data analytics • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent • Solid working knowledge of SQL with experience querying and analyzing large datasets • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for basic analysis and QA tasks • Experience with data and system integrations • Knowledge of creating dashboards in data visualization tools, like Tableau • Experience using AI Developer tools, like Copilot or Claude, in day-to-day operations • Solid communication skills to translate requirements and share findings with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Some experience with cloud data warehouses, such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift, or willingness to learn
