📋 Description

• Build AI agents that drive revenue, end to end. • Build agents across the breadth of a sales rep's workday. • Fully automate nuanced work on the SDR's behalf. • Work with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience, ideally including time as a technical founder, founding engineer, or forward-deployed engineer at a place with a high bar. • Production experience with AI agents. For example, you've shipped a prompt or tool change in response to a specific user complaint that same week. • Strong opinions, held loosely, about which insights from the field belong in the platform vs as customer-facing modifiers. • High agency. Comfortable owning an outcome without a clear playbook. • Strong foundation in something close to our stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python). • Based in San Francisco, excited to be in-office 3+ days per week.
