📋 Description
• Build infrastructure that makes every product team faster. • Keep the rails on while we go multi-product. • Make foundational technical decisions. • Mentor others on the team.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of engineering experience, with depth in distributed systems, databases, or developer infrastructure. • Production experience scaling systems through real growth (10x, 100x). • Strong opinions, held loosely, about what good developer experience looks like inside a fast-moving product team. • Comfortable being the engineer everyone else calls during an incident. • You make the rest of the team faster. • Based in San Francisco, excited to be in-office 3+ days per week.
