📋 Description

• Operate and support multiple high-volume eCommerce websites using Shopify Plus, React/NodeJS/Typescript, CMS systems, custom Shopify apps, and marketing and fulfillment tools • Write organized, testable, efficient frontend code with inline documentation • Engage in UX planning and translate user journeys into effective mobile-first UIs adhering to brand standards • Participate in code reviews and the QA feedback cycle • Generate documentation as part of deliverables • Work within an Agile/Scrum methodology using the Atlassian suite of tools • Evaluate and adopt emerging frontend technologies • Collaborate with a hybrid team whose members are on-site and distributed across North America • Perform full-stack tasks as needed • Architect systems and execute their end-to-end implementation

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or any equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong expertise in React and Next.js (required) • Expert-level JavaScript/TypeScript skills • Expert-level HTML/CSS skills and frontend build tools such as SASS/LESS, Vite, and Webpack • Deep experience with ReactJS and React-based frameworks including Next, Remix, Fastify, and Hydrogen • Ability to use modern AI-powered development tools while applying critical code review and system-level thinking • Advanced Shopify development experience, including Shopify CLI, Liquid templates, custom Shopify application development, UI extensions, and Shopify functions • Advanced Git experience, including rebasing and branching strategies • Advanced understanding of CI/CD principles • Ability to architect systems and build them end-to-end • Advanced understanding of OAuth authentication providers such as Auth0 and general cybersecurity principles • Basic experience with unit testing, functional testing, and monitoring • Basic understanding of enterprise CRM and ERP tools such as Salesforce and SAP • Understanding of the full software development lifecycle • Experience using the Atlassian toolset in a team environment • Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation • Self-motivation, independent work capability, accountability, effective communication, customer orientation, curiosity, creativity, and thoughtful execution
