📋 Description

• Install, commission, and configure equipment according to company and customer requirements • Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance • Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and software-related issues • Repair and replace defective components and parts • Respond promptly to service calls and customer support requests • Document service activities, maintenance records, and repair reports accurately • Provide technical training and operational guidance to customers and end users • Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and sales teams to resolve complex issues • Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements or upgrades • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards • Manage service tools, test equipment, and spare parts inventory • Travel frequently to customer locations as required • Travel approximately 90%

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Military Equivalent • 2+ years of field service, maintenance, or technical support experience preferred • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills • Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems • Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and service management systems • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds • Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work in industrial environments for extended periods • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays • Ability and willingness to occasionally travel internationally on an as needed basis • Customer service orientation • Problem-solving and analytical thinking • Communication and interpersonal skills • Time management and organization • Attention to detail • Adaptability and flexibility • Team collaboration
