📋 Description

• Act as a Brand Ambassador for Nordstrom, providing world-class service to customers • Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries and issues via incoming phone contacts • Provide critical service and product information to ensure customer satisfaction • Process orders and enter data into the order entry system via incoming phone contacts • Track customer packages • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ months experience in a customer service-focused environment, such as contact center, retail, hospitality, or food and beverage (preferred) • Ability to meet Nordstrom and Nordstrom Customer CARE Work from Home Guidelines and expectations • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency • Understanding of computer systems and troubleshooting issues with minimal assistance • Ability to work a set schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with required overtime as business needs; flexibility required during peak times • Quiet, distraction-free, secure home workspace • Ability to work the entire shift using a computer while stationed at a desk, wearing a headset, and turning on the camera when requested by leadership • Wired, high-speed Internet • Modem or router with Ethernet port; thin client must connect directly • No cellular-based, satellite, or Wi-Fi internet
