📋 Description

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality fullstack web solutions • Own major product features across the stack from design to launch • Identify and solve complex, high-impact problems • Lead projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers • Help set technical direction impacting the engineering team • Work with product managers, Customer Success, and customers to scope projects and build solutions • Build the Northbeam dashboard for core marketing analytics • Build features end-to-end from idea to production-ready solution • Optimize the web application for speed of development and time to render • Contribute to standardized technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders • Collaborate with engineers and domain experts to build scalable components and ensure platform reliability and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of expertise in building frontend and backend systems with TypeScript • 3+ years of expertise with modern component-based libraries such as React • Experience creating API services using REST and GraphQL • Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery • Ability to deliver production-ready code with high autonomy and minimal guidance • Ability to drive rapid development while ensuring maintainability • Passion for continuous learning and professional growth • Proven interest and ability to mentor other engineers on the team • Proficiency in Python (nice to have) • Experience building design systems (nice to have) • Experience optimizing frontends for large amounts of data and loading time (nice to have) • Experience with data visualization (nice to have) • Experience in marketing, e-commerce, or ad-tech (nice to have)
