📋 Description

• Deliver actionable insights • Improve data accessibility • Support institutional decision-making • Design, develop, and maintain data models, transformations, and reusable data structures • Integrate data from institutional, external, and emerging data sources • Translate reporting and analytical needs into sustainable, well-documented data solutions • Support modernization of the college’s data infrastructure • Improve how data is structured, standardized, and made available for institutional use • Report to the Executive Director of Data and Strategic Analytics • Collaborate across Data and Strategic Analytics and other Technology Services teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Science, Mathematics, or a related field required • 3+ years of experience in data querying and modeling • At least one year experience working with higher education data systems preferred • Experience with noncredit, workforce, or continuing education data is a plus • Proficiency in SQL required • Experience with Python, R, or similar languages a plus • Familiarity with data warehousing and data integration concepts required
