📋 Description

• Ensure TD Bank's loan products and processes are customer-oriented, scalable, and cost effective for Commercial and Small Business Banking customers • Administer and maintain Encompass and Blend platform business functions to ensure continuous system availability • Configure, troubleshoot, test, deploy, and support Encompass and/or Blend solutions in production • Coordinate internal and external resources to complete projects and deliver business solutions • Partner with Business Line, Risk, Operational teams, product managers, product owners, vendors, and IT support • Execute and oversee planning, business requirements, and vendor relationship management • Provide subject matter expertise and leadership for systems, processes, and troubleshooting • Participate in enterprise solution design and document business application standards • Create solution designs and map business and functional requirements to processes, workflows, and organizational structures • Develop implementation plans for solution strategy components • Manage large projects, including delegating tasks and responsibilities • Coach and train less experienced staff and facilitate knowledge transfer • May supervise or manage assigned staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 10+ years of related experience • Expert knowledge of business line, business model, and operations • Proven communication skills • Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to manage competing priorities according to business need • Proven ability to handle large projects, including task and responsibility delegation • Progressively responsible experience in large-scale corporate systems analysis • Ability to plan, develop, lead, and execute projects • Ability to take a lead role in developing staff and department capabilities • Ability to independently translate user requirements into technical specifications • Expert process improvement skills • Expert technical knowledge and ability to apply it to system issues and training situations • Ability to coach and train less experienced staff and facilitate knowledge transfer • Ability to troubleshoot, research, and correct system malfunctions • Proven time management and prioritization skills • Two or more years of hands-on Encompass Administration and/or Blend Administration experience strongly preferred • Hands-on experience with Encompass and/or Blend configuration, workflows, business rules, integrations, troubleshooting, testing, deployment, and production support • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Encompass configuration experience preferred • Business analysis experience preferred • Underwriting experience preferred • Deep data reporting experience preferred • Software engineering experience preferred • Website design experience preferred • Must be located within TD footprint: CT, DE, FL, ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA, or DC
