📋 Description

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables • Assist in designing, developing, and implementing new systems, processes, and tools • Create and maintain business requirements documents, user stories, and test cases • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops • Resolve issues and communicate project status • Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts • Execute test cases and report defects • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues and improve product quality • Participate in project status and quality discussions • Assist with business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans • Participate in quality assurance activities, including user acceptance testing and system validation • Support requirements management, business process improvement, release management, and application testing for DEERS at DMDC

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • 3+ years of related experience • Secret security clearance or completed T3 investigation • US citizenship required • Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills • Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies • Fully remote within the continental United States (CONUS)
