📋 Description

• Conduct business process analysis, including current-state analysis, gap analysis, benchmarking, best-practice identification, and improvement-opportunity assessment • Document functional requirements for system and process changes • Coordinate with business and technology teams to assess change impacts and prioritize technical changes • Develop stakeholder communications supporting software releases, enhancements, and application changes or upgrades • Interpret and translate policy changes into operational guidance • Support cross-functional process-improvement initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and more than 5 years business/process analysis experience • Experience with Agile and SAFe methodologies • Ability to obtain and hold a public trust position and favorable suitability based on Background Investigation • Six Sigma or Lean certification (preferred) • PMI PMP certification (preferred) • Experience supporting Federal government, healthcare, or other highly regulated environments (preferred) • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent) (preferred) • Knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks such as HIPAA and FedRAMP (preferred)
