📋 Description

• Manage SAP manufacturing, production, and material requirements planning functionality • Develop SAP computer systems specifications addressing Manufacturing and Logistics Operations requirements and company system architecture standards in ERP1 and ERP2 • Lead discussions to combine ERP1 and ERP2 into one S4 system • Design and develop system specifications meeting business requirements and architecture standards • Define and document system parameters and formats • Ensure compatibility across hardware and software platforms • Adjust system configurations based on current and projected capacity and capability needs • Update and refine existing systems and procedures to address deficiencies and improve data handling, conversion, input/output, and storage efficiency • Contribute solutions to technical problems of growing scope and complexity • Travel approximately 10% of the time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience in operations, production, manufacturing, quality, industrial engineering, software development, equipment maintenance or related; OR Master's degree and 3 years of relevant experience; OR Associate’s degree with 7 years of relevant experience • 9 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of the degree requirement • Strong Excel, Power Point, and Word skills • Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Clearance • US citizenship • Experience or knowledge relevant to SAP manufacturing, production, and material requirements planning functionality • Preferred: Bachelor of Science degree or higher in Engineering or another STEM area • Preferred: Experience with SAP business processes in manufacturing and production • Preferred: Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Production Engineering • Preferred: Professional experience in manufacturing, materials / production planning • Preferred: Experience with SAP or another Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system • Preferred: Experience in defense, aerospace, or security industries • Preferred: Technical experience working in a manufacturing/production environment
