📋 Description

• Provide sourcing support for a variety of engineering positions, including sourcing, screening, and managing candidate relationships with recruiters • Manage competing priorities and remain highly flexible in an ever-changing environment • Anticipate and deliver talent acquisition solutions to recruiters • Source and recruit qualified talent while maintaining customer service with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders • Apply a business mindset to the talent acquisition function • Connect talent acquisition, development, retention, and culture phases • Leverage data and market intelligence to develop and execute staffing strategies • Source and attract passive external talent • Utilize Boolean search methodology • Leverage sourcing data in weekly conversations with hiring managers and TA leadership • Understand business, program, technological, and cultural challenges • Assess candidates for cultural, competency, and skill fit via in-person or phone interactions • Synthesize candidate and hiring manager feedback • Pre-close candidates early in the process to support high acceptance rates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of recruiting/sourcing or related customer forward facing experience OR Master’s degree and 3 years of recruiting/sourcing or related customer forward facing experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 9 years of recruiting/sourcing or related customer forward facing experience • Demonstrated knowledge and use of networking platforms (i.e. LinkedIn) • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Recruitment experience within A&D industry preferred • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and Special Program Access within a reasonable amount of time, as determined by the company to meet its business need • U.S. Citizenship is required for all positions with a government clearance and certain other restricted positions
