📋 Description

• Prepare surfaces by washing, scraping, sanding, and priming as necessary • Repair drywall as needed • Apply paint, stain, and coatings using rollers, brushes, and spray equipment • Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and work areas • Follow all safety procedures and company standards while on-site • Travel to multiple store locations across Nouria’s local convenience-store network based on the maintenance schedule • Communicate with store managers and facility coordinators to minimize disruption to store operations • Complete all assigned work orders timely and accurately

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of painting experience in residential, commercial, or retail environments • Sharp eye for detail • Proficient with brush, roller, and spray-painting techniques • Skilled in surface preparation and high-detail finish work, including drywall repair and cutting in • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Nouria’s New England footprint • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on ladders as needed • High school diploma or equivalent • Trade certifications a plus
