📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain custom templates, components, and themeable blocks within the Optimizely Digital Experience Platform. • Develop responsive user interfaces using React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Webpack, and related front-end technologies. • Analyze, troubleshoot, refactor, and optimize existing applications for performance, accessibility, and maintainability. • Collaborate with UX designers, business analysts, content authors, and developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Participate in Agile planning, sprint ceremonies, code reviews, and release management using Azure DevOps. • Implement CI/CD best practices and support automated testing. • Ensure compliance with CPS coding standards, accessibility (WCAG), security, and enterprise architecture guidelines. • Produce technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to CPS staff. • Provide technical leadership and front-end development best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience • Minimum five (5) years of professional front-end development experience • Experience developing solutions using Optimizely/Episerver Digital Experience Platform • Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Microsoft Azure, and Azure DevOps • Working knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC (Razor), SQL Server, Continuous Integration, and automated testing • Excellent analytical, debugging, communication, and documentation skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within Agile teams.
