📋 Description

• Deliver modern, web-based software for the Flex solution • Write and maintain high-quality full-stack code • Develop features supporting audits and inspections, incident management, flexible training, reporting, and insights • Enable clients to collect, evaluate, understand, and implement safety and training information in real time • Deliver high-quality, production-ready features on time with strong test coverage and minimal rework • Leverage generative AI tools across design, implementation, testing, debugging, and documentation • Validate, refine, and secure AI-generated code before production use • Translate ambiguous product requirements into technical plans and shipped solutions • Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code • Contribute to and improve code reviews • Communicate technical concepts, tradeoffs, and risks to engineering, product, and other stakeholders • Share AI workflows, automation techniques, and best practices • Take end-to-end ownership of projects and manage risks, dependencies, and follow-through • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and pair programming • Encourage knowledge sharing through technical discussions, documentation, and internal learning sessions • Collaborate effectively, give and receive feedback, and foster continuous learning

🎯 Requirements

• Software engineering experience equivalent to senior-level software engineer • Strong proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript • Experience with Vue, React, or other component-based frameworks • Ability to work in an AI-first development environment • Effective prompt engineering and critical evaluation of AI-generated outputs • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD practices • Familiarity with relational databases and SQL, including query optimization and data modeling • Strong communication and collaboration skills in an agile, team-based environment • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred
