📋 Description

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text • Communicate with agents and title to ensure compliance • Answer questions about contracts and terms of sale • Use computer technology to research available properties and customers • Assist potential clients and agents with pre-listing and contract-to-close real estate transactions • Resolve conflicts arising during real estate purchases or sales • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary service from initial contact through closing and beyond • Handle acquisitions and dispositions of investment property • Serve as a subject matter expert and investment specialist

🎯 Requirements

• Transaction coordinator experience • Sales experience • Active Washington State real estate or broker license • Strong sense of urgency without compromising quality • “Go getter” attitude • Self-motivated, personable, and driven by personal achievement • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Experience working in the real estate investment market • Must be located in Bellingham, Seattle, Spokane, or elsewhere within Washington State
