📋 Description

• Build and validate patient rosters, eligibility data, and account configuration for new clinics and health systems • Reconcile source data from multiple inputs into clean, accurate, go-live-ready datasets • QA and validate data before go-live and handoff to Customer Success • Build program populations using diagnosis criteria, insurance rules, and clinic-specific requirements • Coordinate and document EHR and EMR access and data flows • Troubleshoot data discrepancies and integration issues • Maintain documentation of clinic systems • Manipulate, reconcile, and structure large datasets in Excel and Google Sheets • Build implementation trackers and validation views • Apply data validation methods to identify and resolve data quality issues • Deliver clean data on schedule so front-end go-lives remain on time • Flag data risks early and provide accurate records to the CRM and Customer Success • Represent the Implementation team in clinic-facing meetings • Communicate eligibility criteria, data workflows, and implementation processes clearly and professionally • Report to the VP of Implementation • Partner with the Front-End Implementation Manager and Customer Success team

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in data, operations, implementation, or analyst roles • Advanced Excel and Google Sheets proficiency • Experience with Google Apps Script, custom formulas, lookup functions, and conditional logic • Experience using enterprise password management platforms such as 1Password, LastPass, or Bitwarden • Experience documenting and mapping data fields, workflows, and business rules for automation, system integrations, or RPA initiatives • Exceptional attention to detail and low tolerance for data errors • Methodical and organized, with ability to manage data across concurrent implementations • Comfort representing the Implementation team in clinic-facing meetings • Ability to communicate technical data workflows clearly and professionally • High AI fluency and active professional use of AI tools • Preferred: Experience with EHR and EMR systems such as Epic, Cerner, athenahealth, or eClinicalWorks • Preferred: Healthcare data experience and familiarity with HIPAA-sensitive information • Preferred: SQL or other data-tooling experience • Preferred: Experience in remote care, RPM, or CCM • Preferred: Experience with HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar project management and CRM tooling
