📋 Description

• Configure, test, support, and optimize AlphaVerify and AlphaCollector solutions in pre-production and production environments • Prepare and perform system build, testing, validation, and conversion activities using Netsmart implementation methodologies and best practices • Manage and resolve client support cases, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate cross-functional resources • Advise clients on solution expertise and workflow recommendations supporting operational and revenue cycle goals • Analyze current-state workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, adoption, and solution utilization • Lead and participate in client meetings, status calls, solution reviews, and adoption discussions • Monitor client health, identify risks, and communicate solution status, concerns, and recommendations to clients and internal leadership • Collaborate with implementation, project management, technical, product, and support teams on complex issues and escalations • Support client adoption through knowledge sharing, best-practice consulting, training reinforcement, and change management • Maintain expertise in AlphaVerify and AlphaCollector functionality, workflows, and industry best practices • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and create documentation that improves delivery consistency, operational efficiency, and client success • Identify and document best practices in methodology and solution utilization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience • At least 1 year of healthcare information technology or systems management implementation or consulting work experience • Written and verbal communication skills • Decision-making skills • Flexibility • Comfort with ambiguity • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment • Preferred: Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions • Preferred: Experience within Netsmart client industries, including clinical, human services, long-term care, and senior living • Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare revenue cycle, patient access, eligibility verification, billing, accounts receivable, collections, or related operational workflows • Preferred: Experience supporting SaaS applications in client-facing consulting, implementation, customer success, or support capacities • Potential travel of 20% as needed • Ability to work extended or irregular hours outside traditional office hours when required • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Netsmart does not provide work visa sponsorship for this position • Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, including a drug screen • If testing positive for a controlled substance, ability to provide proof of a valid prescription to the third-party screening provider
