📋 Description
• Engage with new leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms • Determine client goals and recommend the best-fit services and solutions • Educate clients on next steps and facilitate a seamless onboarding process • Track all outreach activity and manage follow-up communication in CRM • Build long-term client rapport and ensure satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or college degree preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Confidence in client-facing conversations and guiding people toward decisions • Prior experience in sales, business development, or client services a plus
