📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for GTM roles, including SDRs, Relationship Managers, Business Development Managers, and Commercial Enablement positions. • Develop sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, AI sourcing tools, and networking initiatives. • Partner with GTM leaders and HR partners to strategically align talent acquisition efforts with business priorities. • Maintain accurate and timely candidate information in the ATS (Greenhouse or Workable), ensuring compliance with internal processes. • Champion the candidate experience through proactive communication and consistent feedback loops. • Drive process improvements and use data-driven insights to enhance GTM recruitment effectiveness and efficiency. • Collaborate with colleagues globally to share best practices and support wider recruitment projects as needed. • Report to the Global Manager, Commercial Talent Acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a commercial or GTM-focused environment. • Proven success sourcing and placing candidates across North America; international hiring exposure (LATAM/EMEA) is a plus. • Experience in payments, fintech, or SaaS recruitment is highly preferred. • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems (preferably Greenhouse or Workable), and AI-driven sourcing platforms. • Strong stakeholder management, organization, and communication skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, global business. • Collaborative mindset with flexibility to adjust priorities across multiple regions and time zones. • English (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, as work colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are geographically distributed.
