📋 Description

• Manage, track, and publish daily builds status • Drive contract manufacturer resolution of forecast versus commit gaps, supply and demand shortages, ad-hoc changes, bone pile recovery, and customer-critical issues • Serve as an escalation path between contract manufacturers and NVIDIA • Identify factory constraints and communicate with Production or Supply Planning on trade-off decisions • Drive KPIs and factory metrics including On-Time Delivery, Capacity Utilization, Cycle Time, Idle Time, and Inventory accuracy • Identify production gaps and root causes, and implement continuous improvement plans through weekly and quarterly reviews • Conduct weekly cycle count reconciliation for consigned and finished goods • Monitor component shortages and work with cross-functional teams to close inventory gaps • Monitor and resolve B2B issues with contract manufacturers to protect daily shipping performance • Track and publish daily RMA status and complete RMA schedules within negotiated lead times • Handle contract manufacturer accounts and user access authorization • Set up contract manufacturers and SLOC inventory sub-locations as needed • Request ad-hoc overtime, obtain quotes, and track and validate blanket purchase order coverage and usage

🎯 Requirements

• 12–15 years of experience in Contract Manufacturing or Production Planning • Bachelor of Science in Operations, Manufacturing Management, Logistics, or related fields, or equivalent experience • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, SAP, and MRP • Advanced Excel data analysis using formulas and pivot tables • Excellent analytical skills • Excel macros are a plus • Excellent English reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills • Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-starting, and strong sense of ownership • 25% to 40% travel required • APICS, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certification is helpful
