📋 Description

• Engage prospective patients with enthusiasm, confidence, and professionalism from the first call • Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled consultations through consultative conversation and relationship building • Educate patients on procedures, financing options, and the NVISION experience • Overcome objections and help hesitant callers feel confident moving forward • Deliver a concierge-level experience that exceeds expectations • Make outbound follow-up calls to re-engage prospective patients and maximize conversions • Build trust while representing surgeons and clinical teams professionally • Assist anxious or upset callers using empathy and sound judgment • Accurately schedule appointments across multiple clinic locations • Collaborate with clinic teams to support patient retention and satisfaction • Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on offerings and processes • Meet and exceed conversion, booking, and patient satisfaction metrics

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or customer engagement experience (inside sales, retail, real estate, appointment setting, hospitality, or similar) • Proven ability to influence conversations and convert opportunities into appointments or sales • Excellent verbal communication skills with confidence and professionalism • Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic • Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environment • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to connect quickly • Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, elective procedures, or ophthalmology is a plus • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus • Must be located in California, Arizona, Oregon, Texas, or Utah
