📋 Description

• Recruit and communicate with volunteers • Organize and service NWTF committees and fundraising events/activities within the assigned region • Grow fundraising opportunities through volunteer recruitment and personal leadership • Ensure compliance with NWTF operating and reporting procedures • Maintain accurate volunteer and chapter contact information in the NWTF database • Communicate regularly with field operations, headquarters, conservation, development, policy, chapter, volunteer, and state board stakeholders • Work with the State Chapter President, state agencies, and NWTF staff to develop a strong State Chapter and State Super Fund • Represent NWTF and promote its mission and initiatives to members, local communities, social media, and other organizations • Submit required documents, expenses, reports, event evaluations, and final event reports on schedule • Produce year-over-year growth in event net revenue, adult membership, and new chapter development while maintaining minimum event net efficiency of 50% • Secure, safeguard, maintain, and inventory NWTF equipment and property • Maintain professional communication, behavior, and appearance • Achieve annual fundraising and controllable expense goals • Maintain and grow a diverse regional fundraising portfolio, including at least one annual fundraising event per chapter, virtual fundraising events, and upper-level membership commitments • Attend the annual NWTF Convention, regional meetings, and training opportunities as necessary • Perform other related duties as assigned
