📋 Description

• Conduct outbound phone screenings with potential candidates • Provide candidate care through outbound calls, chat support, and shared inbox monitoring • Assist candidates throughout the onboarding process • Execute background administration and monitoring • Update candidate responses accurately in the applicant tracking system • Extend verbal employment offers to qualified candidates • Perform additional duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience conducting phone interviews or candidate care activities preferred • Bachelor's degree required • Bilingual English/French • Proven interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills • Dependability and professionalism • Ability to work under minimal guidance while delivering trackable results • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment • Ability to multitask and problem-solve • Excellent computer skills, specifically experience with Microsoft Office products • Demonstrated critical thinking skills • Ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet deadlines • Quiet, distraction-free home work environment • Home computer with a good internet connection • Personal mobile phone
