📋 Description

• Lead process and business requirements sessions and document to-be business processes using supply planning best practices • Identify, collect, and map complex enterprise data from databases, ERPs, and flat files • Convert complex business logic into scalable technical platform designs • Configure technical specification documents and tool configurations within the o9 platform • Institute rigorous performance monitoring systems • Use mathematical models, predictive methods, statistical techniques, optimization algorithms, and simulations to analyze enterprise datasets • Provide actionable business insights and data visualizations to client leadership • Conduct data integration (ETL) and create models generating time-series forecasts and operational plans • Collaborate with Internal R&D teams to resolve solution gaps and deploy custom fixes in customer environments • Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on project planning and execution • Design and execute workflow and data analytics testing protocols • Document trackable issues and drive automated testing with Junior Analyst support • Plan, develop, and deliver Super User and End User training for global users • Mentor Junior Analysts on technical and business aspects of large-scale projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, OR a Master’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant experience • Degree preferred in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields, including Supply Chain Engineering, with a concentration in operations, supply chain, or analytics • 6+ years of hands-on experience implementing supply chain planning solutions or working directly within a complex supply chain/logistics organization • Firsthand experience leading a team through the full lifecycle of a supply chain planning solution implementation, including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization • Prior experience configuring and deploying advanced planning systems, with strong exposure to enterprise ERP tools • Proven track record of using Agile methodologies to deliver large-scale enterprise implementations • Exceptional ability to present and translate complex technical and mathematical topics clearly to executive and technical audiences • Deep supply planning experience with one or multiple supply planning products is required • Knowledge of database architecture, such as SQL Server and MySQL, and strong coding skills in SQL, MDX, T-SQL, or similar are required • Strong analytical techniques, data mining knowledge, and proficiency in handling massive datasets • Coursework or a strong background in mathematics and statistics is required • Ability to identify key insights, prioritize effectively, and focus on highest-value opportunities or biggest risks • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint or Google Sheets/Docs is required • Strong verbal, written, presentation, and demonstration skills • Ability to work seamlessly in distributed teams across different time zones
