• Lead the end-to-end development of persuasive proposals and pitch materials • Ensure strict compliance, disciplined execution, and competitive positioning • Develop proposal schedules, compliance matrices, outlines, review plans, and submission timelines • Lead color team reviews and risk mitigation efforts • Partner with the Senior Business Intelligence Architect to operationalize capture strategies • Lead development and maintenance of technical, management, staffing, resumes, capability statements, and past performance volumes • Coordinate inputs from operations, finance, HR/recruiting, contracts, and leadership
• Bachelors degree required • 7-10+ years of federal and commercial proposal management experience • Strong working knowledge of FAR-based solicitations and source selection processes • Strong collaboration, writing, editing, deadline management, and leadership skills • U.S. Citizen • APMP Practitioner or Professional certification or equivalent preferred • Experience supporting civilian agencies and/or DoD preferred • Experience in professional services or consulting environments preferred • Experience in SBA small business environments (8(a), SDVOSB, HUBZone) preferred
