📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation for Obtelecare telehealth Maternal-Fetal Medicine programs • Build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, operational, and physician stakeholders • Create and manage implementation plans, timelines, milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and go-live readiness activities • Coordinate telehealth technology deployment, clinical workflow integration, provider scheduling, credentialing, privileging, and operational preparation • Translate current-state maternal care workflows into effective future-state virtual MFM service models • Lead recurring implementation meetings and deliver executive-level updates to internal and external stakeholders • Track onboarding metrics, implementation performance, and customer satisfaction to improve efficiency, scalability, and outcomes • Ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing client success and operational support after go-live

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field • At least 3 years of experience managing complex customer onboarding, healthcare implementation, or comparable healthcare or medical services initiatives • Strong project leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, negotiation, process improvement, and risk management capabilities • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Ability to communicate effectively across hospital, medical staff, executive, patient, government, and community audiences • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment while operating effectively as an individual contributor • Preferred experience in Maternal-Fetal Medicine, women’s health, obstetrics, neonatal, perinatal, or broader maternal healthcare • Physician practice management or obstetrical services experience preferred • Knowledge of medical terminology and applicable state and federal healthcare regulations • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
