📋 Description

• Provide high-level, organized, and detailed administrative support to the organization or executive leadership • Assess details proactively, anticipate needs, and address unexpected challenges • Prioritize deliverables, meet deadlines, and prevent workflow bottlenecks • Conduct research, synthesize findings, and prepare, review, and refine reports and presentations • Schedule and manage virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams • Deliver presentations and facilitate collaboration using Teams features such as breakout rooms, polls, and surveys • Manage calendars and email communications using Microsoft Outlook • Manage documents, version control, and team collaboration through SharePoint • Support internal and external events and event logistics as applicable • Travel to support Go-Live installations or training • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience supporting executives in government relations, advocacy, or public policy environments • Experience managing complex calendars involving internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced, constantly shifting environment • Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond quickly to changing priorities • Familiarity with shorthand or willingness to learn • Ability to use AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot • Experience independently creating and structuring PowerPoint frameworks • Strong preference for candidates on the East Coast • Strong trust, discretion, and professionalism • Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Ability to work in a virtual home-office environment and remain on camera for all virtual meetings • Ability to travel up to 15% and travel by air, vehicle, or train as required
