📋 Description

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for roles across Engineering, Product, and Design • Partner with hiring managers to understand team goals and design and execute effective hiring strategies • Source, assess, and hire high-caliber talent across Product, Design, and Engineering using data-measured strategic outreach • Champion the candidate experience through clarity, timely communication, and actionable feedback • Collaborate with Compensation, HR, and Total Rewards on interviewer training, employer branding, sourcing strategy, and recruiting analytics • Work across borders and markets, learning geographic nuances and adapting recruiting strategies to maintain high close rates • Support leadership in setting and tracking recruiting KPIs and OKRs

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience • Strong record of hiring across Product and Engineering organizations in a dynamic, high-growth environment • Demonstrated success sourcing and closing senior-level technical talent in Product Management, Software Engineering, and Design • Prior experience recruiting across international or global markets is a plus • Consultative, data-informed approach to advising hiring managers • Ability to solve problems with minimal guidance and proactively raise issues with context and a point of view • Ability to adapt quickly to change and pivot direction • Experience using funnel metrics and data to inform hiring decisions and support KPIs and OKRs • Proactive embrace of AI and emerging technologies • Valid right-to-work authorization depending on country of employment • Offer may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check
