📋 Description

• Determine short- and long-term system objectives • Collect information and make recommendations for system enhancements, organizational policies, and process changes • Generate high-quality, readily interpretable deliverables and workbooks • Continuously identify opportunities to improve assigned systems and processes • Build, maintain, and improve vendor and member relationships • Collaborate with technical resources and members to ensure quality product configuration • Partner with OCHIN leaders and subject matter experts to implement products, services, or software enhancing members’ Epic experience • Provide project management and coordination for selected projects and department initiatives • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel to support Go-Live installations or training as required by business needs

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of healthcare/healthcare IT data analytics experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HCCNs; priority given to candidates with this experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Epic training • Strong experience with qualitative and quantitative analysis software • Advanced MS Suites proficiency, especially PowerPoint • Experience, professionalism, and comfort presenting and engaging with large groups • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis at the time of application • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Virtual home-office environment and ability to be on camera for all virtual meetings • Successful completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment before the team interview • COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical/religious exemption before hire date • Travel may be required by air, vehicle, or train for Go-Live installations or training • Experience in journalism, technical writing, learning tools/scripts, or executive communication is preferred
