• Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of Leadership Development and Manager Training Programs • Oversee the New Employee Orientation program • Develop and sustain customer service training programs • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders to identify learning needs and build scalable learning solutions • Design, implement, and maintain evaluation tools and dashboards to measure program impact and participation • Leverage virtual, instructor-led, and self-paced blended learning methods • Create and manage training content and materials aligned with organizational messaging, policies, and competency frameworks • Provide updates and insights to the Executive Leadership Team on participation trends, outcomes, and recommendations • Foster a culture of learning and development reflecting OCHIN’s values • Create processes, procedures, tools, and trainings that maximize adult learning in a virtual environment • Identify employee skill gaps and training needs and present prioritized recommendations • Consult with cross-functional project teams, leaders, and stakeholders on workforce training offerings • Recommend and implement innovations, modifications, and enhancements to training programs • Pursue opportunities to increase the value of training and development programs • Reduce professional development costs through in-house or leveraged training • Manage OCHIN’s professional development processes • Manage work and communications to meet stakeholder needs and deadlines • Stay current on emerging industry facilitation trends • Perform other duties as assigned
• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience in IO Psychology, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or equivalent experience • Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the learning and development field • 5+ years of experience assessing training needs and developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs in a virtual learning environment • Epic Super User experience or strong experience with Epic backend and workflows • Expert knowledge of adult learning theory, process improvement, and/or design models • Proven track record designing and deploying large-scale initiatives across all organizational levels • Strong proficiency in adult learning theory, content design and delivery methodologies, talent development, learning technologies, Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams • Demonstrated budget ownership, vendor management, and/or measurement of program impact • Leadership experience and/or exceptional communication with C-Suite executives • Experience facilitating and presenting to C-Suite and large audiences • Working knowledge of feedback surveys, results analysis, prioritization, and presenting recommendations • Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning, and prioritization • Interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment • Ability to read, speak, write, and understand English • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office • High-speed internet service • Distraction-free workplace • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future • Employees must be vaccinated against COVID-19 or receive an approved medical or religious exemption • Master’s degree preferred • Experience with Articulate 360 or Adobe Suites highly preferred
