📋 Description

• Oversee the business and project aspects of applications and modules related to the Inpatient platform within the OCHIN collaborative • Manage projects to budget • Manage issues and risks • Ensure high-quality deployment and stabilization following installation • Directly manage implementation, optimization, and support of Epic Ambulatory • Assess and improve the system and processes to improve efficiency • Manage OCHIN and member resources judiciously • Ensure new staff are onboarded methodically • Assess and develop staff skills and Individual Development Plans • Track and measure department, project, and individual performance goals • Identify process and quality improvement opportunities • Ensure team processes are represented on the OCHIN System Map • Review ticket metrics and ensure SLA delivery and current assignments • Intervene and resolve member escalations • Lead, motivate, develop, and define positive outcomes for a team of analysts • Lead, coordinate, and manage Inpatient Clinical Maintenance processes and functions • Manage the clinical wing of the Inpatient team and improve member support through coordination with other managers • Maintain communication and linkages between the Epic Inpatient Clinical Applications Team and other OCHIN departments • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Certification in EpicCare Ambulatory • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar or relevant role • 8 years of applicable experience desired • Keen sense of excellent customer service and ability to deliver it effectively in all situations • Strong leadership skills • Strong communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word • Access proficiency is a plus • Ability to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment • Ability to work in a distraction-free workplace • High Speed Internet Service • Less than 25% travel for this role • Employees whose roles involve travel and in-person engagement are strongly encouraged to remain up to date on immunizations, including COVID-19 and influenza vaccinations
